Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Geofin mobile, web, and wearable applications, dashboard, and related services (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Geofin.

Eligible users

You must be at least 18 years old to create a primary account or subscription. Parents and legal guardians may add minors to their family circles provided all disclosures and consent requirements in their jurisdiction are met.

Account registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify support@geofin.app immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subscription plans and billing

Geofin offers free trials and paid plans. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Taxes may apply based on your billing location. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform (App Store, Google Play, or directly via Geofin). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

• Use Geofin only to locate individuals who have provided informed consent.
• Do not use the Services for stalking, surveillance, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to access source code without written permission.
• Respect usage limits and refrain from automated scraping or rate abuse.

Intellectual property

Geofin retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, branding, and content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal or household purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party devices or platforms (e.g., Apple Home, Google Home, school information systems). Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party’s terms, and Geofin is not responsible for their practices.

Termination

You may stop using Geofin at any time and request account deletion via support@geofin.app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse location data, or create security risks.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free operation, precise location accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geofin and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Services in the preceding 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Geofin, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that the courts located in İstanbul, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in laws, product enhancements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will provide notice via email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
